Biographies     Frances Gilbert Frances Gilbert was born in Greenwhich, England where she spent a war-time childhood. She graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree Business Studies. After emigrating to the United States in 1966, she now lives with her husband in Connecticut where she teaches at a middle school. She hates travelling, and love gardens and old houses.
