Biographies     Sarah Frances Sarah Frances was born in Wolverhampton, England but emigrated to the United States with her parents when she was three. She has shown an interest in drawing animals from an early age. She holds a B.S. in Nursing from Bridgeport University, and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing at Columbia University.
